Alcohol Policy

We want all guests to feel comfortable and safe during their stay. Please be respectful of other guests and neighbors at all times.

We discourage alcohol consumption on site. Alcohol may only be consumed by registered guests in your private rooms. Please drink responsibly and respect quiet hours (10PM - 7AM). No excessive drinking and loud behavior will be tolerated; the host reserves the right to end the stay if behavior becomes disruptive or unsafe. Any damage caused as a result of intoxication—including but not limited to stains, broken items, property damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbance to other guests—will be the full financial responsibility of the booking guests.

This property has a shared kitchen and living room; none of the rooms are equipped with an ensuite kitchenette or living room.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 08:00:00.

A damage deposit of CAD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
