“We did not know that breakfast was included. It was a beautiful location, flowers, trees, bushes etc. The room was unique, clean and tidy. Owner was helpful . This place made out trip tom Kimberlyy worth while. Enjoyed the Nina's garden.”

“No breakfast. We were given a nice home made treat of rhubarb cake when we arrived The room was clean and a had quaint nostalgic feel. It was nice to be able to sit outside and wander around the garden area. Trish the owner was lovely”
