This is a self contained Batcheler unit including washroom and kitchenet, on the ground lever, with a big window and a sliding door facing the backyard. Very quiet and new renovated.
I am a retired teacher, an old man who is helpful and warm hearted. He likes talking but also can leave you by yourself. He is easy going and very flexible.
It is a peaceful 50 years old neighbourhood with a perfect numbers of trees and wide distances between houses with big front yards.
