Welcome to quiet, family friendly and vibrant neighborhood close to all amenities. This place offers comfortable living space with a cozy living room, laundry, a working space and an open concept kitchen. Outside you can enjoy a private backyard ideal for relaxing.
The location is 20 minutes away from Downtown, only a minute away from public transportation, 3 minutes away from the Spryfield Shopping Mall, 25 minutes from Peggy’s Cove surrounded by a lot of lakes and beaches.
