A few simple ways to keep our homes calm, comfortable, and well cared for.

- Pets: Up to 1 dog per townhouse (no cats) are permitted with prior approval and must be declared at the time of the reservation. Please use the a pet blanket on furniture. Pick up and dispose of poop in outside bins. Please kindly note that a pet fee of $75 will be charged.

- Bike Storage: To protect the homes bikes are NOT permitted indoors.

- Amenities: Use of amenities such as hot tubs, pools, saunas, and outdoor features is at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. Pets are not permitted in pools, hot tubs, and saunas.

- Registered Guests Only: All overnight guests — including adults, children, and infants — must be registered on the reservation. Overnight visitors who are not registered are not permitted. Day visitors require prior approval.

- Additional Guest Fees: The reservation includes a base number of guests and are reflected when the guest count is included in the reservation. Stays exceeding this are subject to an additional per-guest, per-day fee, applied for the entire duration of the stay. Guest count changes must be submitted through the platform.

- Rental Agreement: Required for all reservations. The agreement is sent after booking and must be completed prior to check-in instructions being provided.

- Security Deposit: A refundable deposit of up to $300 is required for reservations. The deposit is securely authorized through OwnerRez before arrival and released after checkout if no damage or excessive cleaning is required.

- Cleaning: Rates include standard cleaning. Excessive cleaning beyond normal turnover may result in additional charges deducted from the security deposit.

- Supplies: Starter supplies of towels, linens, toiletries, and paper products are provided based on the number of guests and length of stay. Additional supplies may be available upon request. Extra replenishment and special service visits may include a fee.

Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 07:00:00.

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests don't receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.

A damage deposit of CAD 200 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
