We offer three private bedrooms — Sunrise View, Sunset View, and Penthouse Suite — each with its own bathroom and thoughtful touches for comfort and privacy. Perfect for solo travelers, couples, or small groups seeking a relaxing short-term stay. Each bedroom features a comfortable bed, soft robes, individual heat-pump controls, and either a walk-in shower or jacuzzi. The Penthouse includes private balconies, a sauna, and a steam shower for an elevated spa experience. The Sunrise and Sunset rooms are bright, cozy, and offer city or backyard views. Guests have access to shared home spaces including a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with 65” Smart TV, rooftop patio with panoramic harbor and bridge views, and a spa-inspired backyard with cedar sauna, hot tub, fire pit, and BBQ. In-floor heating keeps the home comfortable year-round. Enjoy complimentary snacks and a coffee bar with Nespresso and Jura machines, tea, pastries, and fresh fruit. A small selection of local beers and wines is also available for guests to enjoy responsibly — these are provided as a courtesy and not sold. Please drink in moderation, especially when using stairs, the rooftop, sauna, or hot tub. Self-check-in begins at 3:00 PM, check-out is by 10:00 AM. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Street parking is available; limited driveway parking. Please note: approximately 20+ stairs to the main level and more to the rooftop.
