Our home is on a laneway up from the main road. We offer a space that is homy and very comfortable. Our home is about 12 years old and it is built in the West Coast Style. You will find lovely wood beams in the room that is private with your own bathroom and lovely outside deck. There is sufficient parking on our property and there is a spot that you will park. The lower level where the suite is very private, you have a large outdoor deck.

We enjoy meeting people from all parts of the world. We are retired and enjoy doing this in it has us meet people and give them the information about the area.

Youbou is a small village of about 900 people in the winter and 1400 in the summer months. It is a very likeable town and well situated if you are coming from Port Renfew. It is on Lake Cowichan and you have beautiful views of the mountains and the lake no matter where you go in town. There is Arbutus Park which is just a short walk from our home as well as Price Park where you can picnic right down by the lake. There are about 5 areas that you can access from the main trail. As well there are hiking trails with Christopher Rock being the one here in town. We have the worlds oldest bowling alley which is open on Friday and Saturdays. We are a 10 min drive to Laketown Ranch where concert are held all summer. We have a great Country Musicfest in AUgust Long Weekend where the likes of Blake SHelton, Eric Church, etc have performed. We are a 15 min drive into Lake Cowhican where you can tube down the river during the summer months. Its just a great area to visit.
