Modern & Spacious Home with Stunning Lake Maggiore Views. Welcome to our stylish and well-furnished terraced house, offering the perfect blend of comfort and breathtaking scenery. With two bedrooms equipped with a double bed 160x200 cm each and smaller office with a sofa bed, this home comfortably accommodates 4–5 guests. Enjoy a large, sunny private balcony and a patio with a pergola, where you can relax while soaking in the panoramic views of Lake Maggiore and the surrounding mountains. The house is modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, ensuring a comfortable stay. The kitchen is very well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. You’ll find basic food items such as sugar, flour, tea, and spices available for your use. We kindly ask that anything you use is replaced for the next guests. As our guest, you’ll also have access to a shared outdoor pool, open from mid-May to mid-October—perfect for refreshing summer dips. Please note that the pool is situated at the bottom of the property and accessible by staircase only. For convenience, we recommend bringing a car to easily get around, explore the beautiful valleys, and shop for groceries. We offer two free private parking spaces directly at the house. Please note: While the house is ideal for couples, friends, and remote workers, it is not recommended for families with very small children. Also, please be aware that Wi-Fi is not available—a perfect opportunity to unwind and disconnect! If you still need internet access, you can of course use your mobile plan’s personal hotspot to connect to the 4G/5G network. In addition, you can stream movies or music from your phone to the smart TV. The house has two free parking lots situated behind each other. Finally, please note that the house is only accessible via a staircase with about 30 steps and is thus not very suitable for people with walking difficulties
