Property info

The Piz Calmot mountain guesthouse is located at the top of the Oberalp Pass at 2,048 metres above sea level in the immediate vicinity of the source of the Rhine. From the large sun terrace you have a sensational view of the mountain panorama. The Passhaus kitchen serves delicious schnitzels and a selection of daily specials. Satisfy your hunger with a pit stop at the kiosk. Please note that in winter you can only reach us by train or on skis, the pass road is closed.

Uela! - That's how we say Grüezi, Hallo or Guten Tag in Andermatt. Come to Andermatt and experience the rustic and traditional mountain village of Uri. Andermatt doesn't keep you indoors for long: A well-developed network of hiking trails, rock faces and mountain peaks, the natural golf course, mountain passes and single trails. Off you go walking, running, climbing, golfing, mountaineering or cycling. In winter, the Ursern Valley is covered in a thick blanket of snow. On the sun terraces of the cosy mountain restaurants, guests snuggle up in soft blankets with hot drinks. Snow crystals glisten, the cold air revitalises the mind and senses.
