Nestled in an elegant building recently built in the area of Lanca degli Stornazzi (Locarno's marina) and the Locarno Lido, CASA LEINI is the perfect place to experience a relaxing vacation surrounded by greenery,  just minutes from the city center and strategically located to visit all Ticino! This modern pet-free, non-smoking, two rooms apartment, furnished with care, welcomes you to the peace and tranquility of Lago Maggiore.  Inside Casa Leini the living room, composed of a sofa, armchair and TV provides for a relaxing spot to watch a movie or read a book.  Behind, the kitchen opens to the living room, complete with appliances…everything you need to prepare your meals and feel at home. Enjoy your meal time together with an indoor and/or outdoor dining table for 4! Lounging Adirondack deck chairs are also available for you to enjoy the mild Ticino seasonal climate all year around.  There are two bedrooms which sleep 4, one with a double bed (for two) and the other with two twin (single) beds, making the apartment perfect for families with children, but also for groups of friends.  The apartment has two bathrooms, one with a tub-shower and one with a standing shower. Guests also have access to a private washer and dryer. A set of towels is included in the stay for each person, along with sheets and blankets and courtesy kit. We also provide a basket with the necessary items for a breakfast. Wifi is free and available to guests. The apartment has private covered parking for one car.
