Cozy single-family house in Val Morobbia, surrounded by greenery and with a beautiful view of the Piano di Magadino at an altitude of 1000 m. It has a private garden with a stone table, an outdoor lounge, and a grill. Well-kept interiors with an equipped kitchen, a bright living room, a double bedroom and a small bedroom with a bunk bed. Two stoves, one pellet and one traditional. The Grotto Rosetta is a short walk away. Ideal for those seeking nature, relaxation, hiking, and mountain biking.
I monti di Ravecchia offrono una vista mozzafiato sul piano di Magadino. Situati a 1000 m sono un punot di partenza ideale per escursioni nella zona. Il clima in estate è molto rinfrescante e piacevole. In inverno la neve lo rende un posto magico e incantevole (la strada è accessibile tutto l'anno). il paesino ha una ventina di residenti fissi, quindi la pace regna.
