The "Casa Restelli" was built in 1898 with two other houses by three Italian workers from granite and is located on the north-south axis not far from the Gotthard Pass. The Wassen motorway exit is 4 km away. The house is not far from the River Reuss in the so-called Wiler of Gurtnellen, which belongs to the upper Reuss valley. The apartment building has been family-owned for more than 60 years and has several apartments, some with balconies. There is a children's playground on the neighboring property next to the River. The modern 2.5 room apartment for 4 people is on the ground floor of the apartment building. The bright and open living and dining area form the center of the apartment. The high-quality kitchen with a red glass rear wall, equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, refrigerator, Nespresso machine (filter coffee machine can be borrowed on request), kettle and everything else you need and the adjoining dining area with corner bench and table invite you to a cozy meal at home. The cozy living area with a couch, TV and WIFI invite you to linger in the evening. The bathroom with rain shower. Excursions: Skiarena Andermatt (14km), Arnisee (4km), Flüelen Lake Lucerne 23km The Urnerland offers a wide variety of excursions. The proximity to Ticino makes it very attractive, since day trips to Locarno (1 hour) can be managed quickly. Excursions to Lucerne, also possible by boat from Flüelen. Many hiking trails go right past the front door and in winter you can be in the ski area within 15 minutes by car. Göschneralplake / Furkapass with the Rhonegletch / Museum Sasso San Gotthardo are also nice trips not far away. During the summer you can pass so many mountainpasses and you are in 2 hours in Interlaken for example. We are in the heart of the mountain, so by car and motorcycle very good. A busstation is only 2 min / train 8km away
