The entrance hall offers a coat rack, shoe storage and a large built-in wardrobe, making it ideal for longer stays. The bright living room features a pellet fireplace and opens onto both the front porch and the private backyard. A guest WC with washing machine and dryer is located on this floor. A short staircase leads to the spacious, fully equipped designer kitchen with quality appliances, a BORA extraction system and direct access to the backyard. The sleeping area is reached via a steep internal staircase and includes a modern bathroom with walk-in shower and a bedroom with a comfortable 160 × 200 cm bed and access to a charming balcony. Guests are kindly asked to water the plants from time to time, preferably before 9:00 AM or after 8:00 PM. A watering can is available in the cellar for the front garden (including the bamboo), and a garden hose is provided for the backyard. If necessary, the gardener, our team or the owner may occasionally access the front or back garden to water the plants. This only involves the outdoor areas and never the indoor living spaces. Please note that the parking access is narrow and best suited to small or medium-sized vehicles. Cavigliano is exceptionally well connected thanks to the Centovalli Railway (Centovallina), with a train stop just a short walk away. The Centovallina provides direct and scenic connections to Locarno, reached in approximately 15 minutes, and onward links to the wider Ticino region. A regional bus service (Line 324 operated by PostAuto / FART) connects Cavigliano (Bivio Onsernone) with stops in Losone Mercato Cattori, from where it is easy to continue to Ascona or other towns. The journey from Cavigliano to the Losone area takes around about 13 minutes, and tickets are affordable.
