We menage two apartments is the building: ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT The studio apartment, located on the ground floor, develops on a single level and welcomes guests with a modern and well-equipped American kitchen, integrated into a functional space with a compact but comfortable living area. The sleeping area consists of a double bed and has wardrobes and a television, while the bathroom, spacious and well-maintained, includes a glass-door shower and all necessary comforts. TWO BEDROOMS APARTMENT The dwelling develops on a single level for an area of approximately 70 m². The bright living area consists of a modern American kitchen directly connected to the dining area and living room, with direct access to the garden. The night area offers two double rooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. At the guests' disposal, moreover, a complete bathroom equipped with a bathtub with shower. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi connection. The structure also offers access to the condominium laundry and a ski room to store sports equipment. It is strictly forbidden to perform waxing operations inside the communal area. A parking space in the garage is available, compatible with vehicles of modest dimensions. Maximum garage dimensions: Height: 190 cm Width: 250 cm Length: 460 cm If the vehicle does not fit within the indicated measurements, it will be the guest's responsibility to find alternative solutions at municipal car parks. CHECK-IN INFORMATION We will be happy to welcome you at our office, which is open every day from 10:00 to 20:00. If you expect to arrive outside of this time slot, the key will be made available to you through various methods. We therefore invite you to contact us before your arrival to agree on the details. Check-in is normally scheduled from 4:00 PM. If you wish to arrive early, please inform us in good time: we will do our best to accommodate your request.
