Speciale Home is are a real estate agency that deals with short term rent. We're a group of enthusiasts who want to grow tourism in the Engadine valley.

The apartment is located on the top floor of Chesa Arlas and is developed on a single level. The living room and dining area merge into a bright and welcoming environment, enhanced by a splendid view of the surrounding mountains. The kitchen, separated from the living area, is fully equipped with an oven, refrigerator, hob and dishwasher. Also available to guests are a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine compatible with standard capsules (capsules not provided). The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: a double bedroom and a room with two single beds, as well as a full bathroom with a bathtub. They complete the offer: lift, paid laundry and a parking space in the garage (height 1.95 m x width 2.15 m x depth 4.80 m). Should the vehicle not fit within the indicated measurements, it will be the guest's responsibility to find alternative solutions at public car parks. A ski room is also available for storing winter equipment. Waxing operations are strictly prohibited within the condominium area.

The structure is located on Via Chavallera, in a strategic position between St. Moritz Bad and the elegant Suvretta district. From the garden, it is possible to access, with a short walk of about 100 metres, the ski slope that leads directly to the Signal cable car, with the convenience of skiing back to the starting point. The Corviglia cable car is about 900 metres away. Just 600 metres away is the picturesque St. Moritz Lake, ideal for walks and moments of relaxation throughout the year. The bus stop is about 400 metres away, while the St. Moritz railway station is about 2 km away. For daily shopping, the Lidl St. Moritz Bad supermarket is conveniently located about 500 metres away.
