Speciale Home is are a real estate agency that deals with short term rent. We're a group of enthusiasts who want to grow tourism in the Engadine valley.

Property info

The apartment is located on the third and top floor of a building served by a lift and develops entirely on a single level. At the entrance, on the left, there is a separate kitchen, complete with microwave, dishwasher and everything necessary to cook independently, as well as a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine compatible with classic capsules (capsules not provided). Continuing along the corridor, you will find the only bathroom in the apartment, complete with WC, washbasin and shower. The heart of the house is the spacious living area, which combines the living room and dining room into a bright and relaxing environment, perfect for moments of comfort after outdoor activities. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom, furnished with two single beds that can be joined or separated according to guests' preferences. A parking space is available in a nearby garage (with limited dimensions: height 185 cm, width 235 cm, length 490 cm). The garage, although close, is not directly connected to the building. Should the vehicle not fit within the indicated measurements, it will be the guest's responsibility to find alternative solutions at municipal car parks. Use of the Laundry Access to the laundry requires collecting the key from our offices, subject to a deposit of CHF 100. The key must be returned upon completion of use. Ski storage rack available inside the building. It is strictly forbidden to perform waxing operations within the communal area.

Located in the heart of Celerina, Chesa Centrum offers an ideal position to fully experience the village atmosphere. The main railway station is just 300 metres away, the bus stop is within walking distance, and the ski lifts and cross-country ski trails are approximately 500 metres away. At a short distance (about 100 metres in both directions) are also the two main supermarkets, Volg and Coop. The famous resort of St. Moritz is just 4 km away.
