For the storage of sports equipment, a ski room is available. There is also a shared laundry facility in the building. It is strictly forbidden to carry out waxing operations within the condominium area.

Chesa Chalavus is located in St. Moritz Bad, just 700 metres from the Signal cable car, next to the bus stop. The supermarket and bakery are very close by. The cross-country skiing slopes and the most beautiful walking trails are just a few steps away, as is Lake St. Moritz.
