Speciale Home is are a real estate agency that deals with short term rent. We're a group of enthusiasts who want to grow tourism in the Engadine valley.

The studio flat, recently renovated and approximately 25 square metres, is located on the first floor without a lift. It is composed of a double bed and a kitchenette equipped with 4 hobs, oven and refrigerator. Guests have at their disposal a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine compatible with classic capsules (capsules not provided). There is a hidden table for two people. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink and bidet. A hairdryer is also available in the apartment. At the disposal of guests is a parking space in the garage (entrance: H 2.00 m – W 2.90 m). Should the vehicle not fit within the indicated dimensions, it will be the guest's responsibility to find alternative solutions at municipal car parks. For the storage of sports equipment, a ski room is available. It is strictly forbidden to carry out waxing operations within the condominium areas. The apartment does not have a washing machine.

The Studio, located in Chesa Crasta, is situated in the heart of Celerina, just a few steps from the famous Hotel Cresta Palace and close to the La Piruetta restaurant, which in winter offers an ice skating rink and a children's play area, whilst in summer it becomes a multisport area. The bus stop is approximately 100 metres from the house, whilst the railway station is located 400 metres away. The supermarkets in Celerina are easily accessible: less than 150 metres away is the Volg minimarket, whilst approximately 300 metres away is the Coop supermarket. The ski lifts are easily reachable on foot, less than 300 metres away. The famous resort of St. Moritz is only 2 km away.
