Speciale Home is are a real estate agency that deals with short term rent. We're a group of enthusiasts who want to grow tourism in the Engadine valley.

The apartment is located in a residential complex with a lift. The living area consists of a spacious lounge with dining table and balcony, from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the surrounding valley. The kitchen is equipped with all comforts, including a Nespresso coffee machine compatible with classic capsules (capsules not provided) and a kettle. There is also a washing machine in the kitchen, and a clothes drying rack is available for guests. The night area consists of three bedrooms: a first bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed, and a third bedroom with a staggered bunk bed. Two full bathrooms are available to guests, one with a bathtub and one with a shower, plus a third bathroom with toilet and sink. The apartment includes a parking space in the shared garage and a ski room for storing ski equipment. It is strictly forbidden to carry out ski waxing work in the condominium areas.

Chesa Crusch is located in Samedan, a beautiful Engadin resort approximately 7 km from St. Moritz. Samedan railway station is about 350 metres from the apartment, making it convenient for those travelling by train or public transport. The nearest bus stop is approximately 200 metres away. The Coop supermarket is reachable on foot in about 700 metres. The Celerina–Marguns ski lifts are 4 km away, whilst the Survih ski lift is only 1 km away and is ideal for families with children who are learning to ski.
