Speciale Home is a real estate agency specializing in short‑term rentals. We are a group of enthusiasts who are committed to promoting and growing tourism in the Engadine Valley.

The apartment, of 80 m², is located on the fourth floor with a lift and can accommodate up to four people. It is functional and panoramic, ideal for experiencing St. Moritz with comfort, style and independence. The living room features a cosy living area with access to the balcony, from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the valley. The kitchen is separate from the living room and is fully equipped with an induction hob, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and all the utensils necessary for meal preparation. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine compatible with classic capsules (capsules not provided) and a kettle. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom with private balcony and view, as well as a second bedroom with two single beds, ideal for families or groups of friends. Two bathrooms are available: the first with bathtub, sink and bidet, whilst the second features a shower and sink. The apartment is pet friendly and welcomes one pet only. They complete the property a ski storage room, a paid condominium laundry and a covered parking space in the heated condominium garage (maximum height 201 cm, width 318 cm). Should the vehicle not fit within the indicated dimensions, it will be the guest's responsibility to find alternative solutions at municipal car parks. It is strictly forbidden to carry out waxing operations within the condominium area.

Chesa Cuntainta is located in St. Moritz, in the St. Moritz Bad area, opposite the Coop. The position is extremely convenient: the bus stop is only 83 metres away, the railway station is 1.7 km away and the Signal cable car is reachable in just a few minutes (900 m), also by bus. In the immediate vicinity there are shops, restaurants, essential services and connections to the local hiking trails.
