On this same level is the first part of the sleeping area, consisting of a double bedroom with a bunk bed, as well as a full bathroom with a bathtub. A steep internal staircase leads to the upper floor, where the second bedroom is located with a double bed. At the disposal of guests there is a reserved parking space in the municipal car park Parkhaus Segl / Val Fex, located at the entrance of Sils and situated approximately two hundred metres away from the accommodation. The underground car park has a maximum height of 210 cm: should the vehicle not fit within the stated dimensions, it will be the guest's responsibility to find alternative solutions. Access to the shared building laundry room on a pay-per-use basis that operates with coins. For the storage of sports equipment there is a ski room. It is strictly forbidden to carry out waxing operations within the condominium area.

Chesa La Cuntainta is located in the heart of Sils Maria, just a few steps from the centre, hiking trails and cross-country skiing slopes. The main bus stop connecting Sils to the whole Engadin valley is approximately 400 metres away. The Furtschellas ski area is 1 km away and can be reached with the free municipal service; Corvatsch is approximately 7 km away. St. Moritz is 10 km away.
