Speciale Home is are a real estate agency that deals with short term rent. We're a group of enthusiasts who want to grow tourism in the Engadine valley.

The apartment, 60 sq m in size, is located on the ground floor of an apartment building and is arranged on a single level. The living area includes a bright living room with a dining area and a fully equipped American kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave, organised in a practical open space. Nespresso coffee machine compatible with standard capsules (capsules not provided). From the living area, you can directly access the communal garden. The night area consists of two bedrooms: a double room and a twin room with single beds. There are two full bathrooms: one with a bathtub and shower, the other with a shower. A parking space in the garage is available for guests. Maximum dimensions of the garage entrance gate: * Height 250 cm * Width 300 cm If the vehicle does not fit within the indicated measurements, it will be the guest's responsibility to find alternative solutions at municipal car parks. At the guests' disposal, a ski room for storing winter equipment. It is strictly forbidden to perform waxing operations within the condominium area. There is also a communal laundry (*). (*) ACCESS TO THE LAUNDRY Access to the laundry is permitted only upon request and requires collecting the key from our offices, subject to a deposit of CHF 100. The key must be returned upon completion of use. For safety reasons, the use of the fireplace is strictly prohibited.

The town centre is accessible with a short walk, the bus stop is just 50 metres away, while the railway station is only 700 metres distant.
