In this rare property in Celerina, where rental opportunities in houses are seldom, you will find the perfect setting for independent and relaxing family holidays. You drive directly to your garage in the basement (250cm large x 210cm hight). From there you reach a large utility room with checkroom, shoe racks and laundry room. A staircase leads to the first floor, where the main entrance area with additional checkroom and guest WC awaits. 1 double bedroom. Large living/dining room with fireplace. Beautiful garden with barbecue, which invites you to linger in summer. The well-equipped kitchen is separated by a serving hatch. 1st floor: 3 double bedrooms with large bathroom/shower/WC and 1 separate shower/WC.

Families will also feel very much at home in this charming vacation home. The excellent location slightly elevated from the village offers plenty of private space and a beautiful view of the Engadine mountains. You can also do your shopping on foot. The sunniest cross-country ski trails in the Engadine, including a cross-country ski school, are just a 12-minute walk away.
