Speciale Home is are a real estate agency that deals with short term rent. We're a group of enthusiasts who want to grow tourism in the Engadine valley.

The flat, of approximately 60 m², is situated on the second floor of a residential building without a lift and develops on a single level. The living area, bright and welcoming, includes a lounge with direct access to a private west-facing terrace, perfect for relaxing at sunset. The kitchen is habitable and fully equipped, featuring four electric hobs, an oven and a dishwasher. Guests also have access to a Nespresso coffee machine compatible with classic capsules (capsules not provided) and a kettle. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: one double bedroom and one twin room with a bunk bed. The bathroom is complete and features a bathtub. At the disposal of guests there is a parking space in the garage (width 205 cm - height 195 cm) on a sliding platform (width 185 cm - length 370 cm). Should the vehicle not fit within the indicated dimensions, it will be the guest's responsibility to find alternative solutions at municipal car parks. It is strictly forbidden to park externally near the condominium. A few metres away there is a paid public car park. Communal laundry room available for a fee, operating with coins. There is a ski rack in the garage for skis. It is strictly forbidden to carry out ski waxing operations within the condominium area.

The accommodation is approximately 2 km from St. Moritz and enjoys a strategic location: transport links are easily accessible on foot, with the railway station and bus stop both situated 600 metres away. The main supermarkets in Celerina are just 300 metres away. The ski lifts are 700 metres away, whilst the cross-country ski trails are just 300 metres away. In summer, the area represents an ideal starting point for scenic hikes and outdoor activities.
