Speciale Home is are a real estate agency that deals with short term rent. We're a group of enthusiasts who want to grow tourism in the Engadine valley.

The accommodation, approximately 80 sq m, is located on the first floor of an apartment building (without a lift) and is entirely developed on a single level. The entrance leads to a separate and well-equipped kitchen, equipped with hobs, dishwasher and oven. There is a Nespresso coffee machine compatible with standard capsules (capsules not provided). The living area, bright and welcoming, combines living room and dining room with a large table for eight people. From here, you can directly access the balcony, connected via a staircase to the communal garden. The night area includes three bedrooms: a double room, a twin room with single beds, and a twin room with a bunk bed. There are two full bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. At the guests' disposal, a ski room for storing winter equipment. It is strictly forbidden to perform waxing operations within the condominium area. There is a shared parking space in the garage and a communal laundry room (*). Maximum garage door dimensions: * Height 210 CM * Width 390 Cm If the vehicle does not fit within the indicated measurements, it will be the guest's responsibility to find alternative solutions at municipal car parks. (*) ACCESS TO THE LAUNDRY Access to the laundry requires collecting the key from our offices, subject to a deposit of CHF 100. The key must be returned upon completion of use.

Chesa La Giunfra is located in the heart of Celerina, in an ideal position both in winter and summer. The railway station is about 500 metres away, while the nearest bus stop is only 300 metres away. The ski lifts of Celerina–Marguns, connected to the Corviglia ski area, are 700 metres away; the cross-country ski trails are about 300 metres away. St. Moritz is 2 kilometres away.
