Speciale Home is are a real estate agency that deals with short term rent. We're a group of enthusiasts who want to grow tourism in the Engadine valley.

The accommodation, measuring 70 m², is located on the first floor of an apartment building without a lift and is arranged on a single level. The living area, spacious and bright, integrates the dining area and living room, with direct access to an already furnished garden. The kitchen, separate but communicating with the living area, is fully equipped: hob, oven, dishwasher and everything necessary to cook independently. Coffee machine compatible with standard Nespresso capsules (capsules not provided). The night area includes three rooms: a double bedroom, a twin room with single beds, and a single room. A complete bathroom with a shower is available. A parking space in the garage is available for guests. Maximum garage dimensions: * Height 210 cm * Width 540 cm If the vehicle does not fit within the indicated measurements, it will be the guest's responsibility to find alternative solutions at municipal car parks. At the disposal of guests, in addition to the condominium laundry, a ski room for storing winter equipment. It is strictly forbidden to perform waxing operations within the condominium area.

Chesa Michela is located in Champfèr, just a few minutes from St. Moritz. It is situated in a quiet but convenient area, with the bus stop just 100 metres away. The location is ideal for those who want to move easily between the main ski facilities: Corvatsch is about 5 km away, Corviglia is only 2 km away, while St. Moritz is just a kilometre away.
