In The building we manage two apartments: 90 SQUARE METER APARTMENT AT GROUND FLOOR The 90 m² apartment is located on the ground floor of a building without a lift and is arranged on a single level. The living area opens onto a bright lounge. The separate, fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher and everything needed for independent cooking. The dining area is located in the same room. The sleeping area features two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one triple room with a bunk bed and a pull out single bed. There are two fully equipped bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. For safety reasons, the use of the fireplace is strictly prohibited. 100 SQUARE METER APARTMENT AT FIRST FLOOR The apartment, 100 m² in size, is located on the first floor (without a lift) and is arranged on a single level. The living area is a spacious and bright open space that combines living room and dining room, with access to a balcony overlooking Lake Sils. The kitchen, separate and fully equipped, has an oven, dishwasher, kettle and everything necessary to cook independently. There is also a convenient raised table with four stools. The night area includes three bedrooms: one double room and two twin rooms with single beds. There are two bathrooms: one service bathroom with WC and one complete bathroom with bathtub. At the disposal of guests are an external parking space (one parking space per apartment) and access to the condominium laundry (for a fee). Nespresso coffee machine compatible with standard capsules (capsules not provided). For sports equipment, there is a ski room with a table for waxing operations.

Chesa Muot Marias is located in the heart of Sils Maria, a few steps from the centre, hiking trails and cross-country ski tracks. The main bus stop connecting Sils to the entire Engadine is about 400 metres away. The Furtschellas area is 1 km away and can be reached by free municipal service; Corvatsch is about 7 km away. St. Moritz is 10 km away.
