The apartment, of 80 m², is located on the third floor of a condominium without a lift and develops entirely on a single level. The living area opens onto a bright open space that integrates the lounge, kitchen and dining area. The American kitchen is fully equipped and fitted with an oven, dishwasher and everything needed to cook independently. Nespresso coffee machine compatible with standard capsules (capsules not provided). The night area includes two bedrooms. The main master bedroom has a king-size bed (180x200). The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160x200) and a triple bunk bed for children (80x160). In the living room there is also a sofa bed (160x200). Two full bathrooms are available: one en suite in the master bedroom, equipped with a shower, and a second bathroom with a bathtub. At the disposal of guests there is a parking space in the garage and an external parking space. Maximum garage dimensions: * Height 200 CM * Width 240 CM * Length 545 CM Should the vehicle not fit within the indicated dimensions, it will be the guest's responsibility to find alternative solutions at municipal car parks. Communal laundry room available and free to use, whilst for the storage of sports equipment there is a ski room and a bike room. It is strictly forbidden to carry out waxing operations within the condominium area.

Chesa Nair is located in Surlej, in a strategic position and well connected, ideal for sports enthusiasts. The bus stop is approximately 200 metres away, whilst the nearest railway station is St. Moritz. The Corvatsch ski facilities are reachable on foot in approximately 650 metres and St. Moritz is approximately 5 km away.
