The 150 square meter apartment on the second floor is spread over two levels. On the first of the two floors of the apartment there is a large living room, terrace with breathtaking views, overlooking the San Gian church, the Inn river, and the beautiful Muottas Muragls. The dining room with separate spacious kitchen completes the first floor. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two double and one with two single beds. The second floor is completed by a bathroom with shower, and a second bathroom with tub. A place in the heated garage, dimensions: Height: 230cm Length: 500cm Width: 200cm ski room. The use of the laundry room is not allowed
