The apartment is located on the first floor, accessible by stairs, and is set on one level with a surface area of approximately 120 m². Living area The spacious living area features a bright lounge with dining area and direct access to a balcony overlooking the communal garden. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine (standard capsules not provided). Sleeping area The apartment offers four bedrooms: * One double room with a bunk bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. * One twin bedroom. * Two double bedrooms, one of which has a private bathroom with bathtub, shower, washbasin and toilet. A third bathroom with bathtub/shower, washbasin and bidet is located opposite the remaining bedrooms. Services and facilities The apartment includes one non-guaranteed parking space. Keys must be collected from our office at Via Chalchera 9, Celerina, in the wooden house opposite Chalet Speciale. At check-in you will receive a parking permit displaying your vehicle registration number. Please note that parking spaces are subject to availability. If no space is available, public parking is located within 200 metres. We recommend the weekly Parkingpay pass (CHF 15.00). Due to the limited size of the parking spaces, vans, minivans and large SUVs are not permitted. The communal laundry room is available for a fee. A ski room is available for storing sports equipment. Chesa San Gian is a welcoming complex of apartments located at the entrance of Celerina, easily accessible from the motorway and positioned in a quiet area but convenient for every need.
