The accommodation, of approximately 50 m², is located on the first floor of the condominium and is developed on a single level. Living area The living area is spacious and bright, comprising a welcoming lounge and a dining area that overlook a large terrace, perfect for relaxing in the open air. The kitchen is separate and well-equipped, fitted with an oven, three hobs and a Nespresso coffee machine compatible with standard capsules (not provided). Sleeping area The sleeping area includes a double bedroom and a second room with a bunk bed, ideal for families or small groups. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, bathtub with shower, toilet and bidet. Services and facilities The apartment has a NON guaranteed parking space. The collection of keys must be carried out at our office in Celerina. At the time of check-in you will be provided with a voucher with the number plate of the authorised vehicle, which must be displayed on the dashboard once the car is parked. Our office is located in: Via Chalchera 9, 7505 Celerina in the little wooden house opposite Chalet Speciale. IMPORTANT The car park is subject to the availability of free spaces. In the event that no spaces are available, it will be necessary to use the public car parks in the vicinity. Due to the reduced size of the parking spaces, vans, minivans or large SUVs are not permitted. Public car parks are available within 200 metres of the apartment. A ski room is available for storing sports equipment. Waxing operations are strictly prohibited within the condominium area.
