The apartment is located on the ground floor, measures approximately 70 m² and is developed on a single level. Living area The living area is spacious and bright, consisting of a lounge with sofa area and dining zone, perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors. From the lounge you have direct access to the terrace and communal garden, a pleasant space to enjoy on sunny days. The kitchen is independent and well-equipped, fitted with an oven, three-burner hob and Nespresso coffee machine compatible with standard capsules (not provided). Sleeping area The sleeping area includes two bedrooms: a master bedroom and a second bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed, ideal for families or small groups. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, bathtub with shower, toilet and bidet. Services and facilities The apartment has a NON guaranteed parking space. The collection of keys must be carried out at our office in Celerina. At the time of check-in you will be provided with a voucher with the number plate of the authorised vehicle, which must be displayed on the dashboard once the car is parked. Our office is located in: Via Chalchera 9, 7505 Celerina in the little wooden house opposite Chalet Speciale. IMPORTANT The car park is subject to the availability of free spaces. In the event that no spaces are available, it will be necessary to use the public car parks in the vicinity. Due to the reduced size of the parking spaces, vans, minivans or large SUVs are not permitted. Public car parks are available within 200 metres of the apartment. We recommend purchasing a weekly subscription for CHF 15.00 via the Parkingpay app. Public car parks nearby: • Parking no. 50 – Via Suot Crasta • Parking no. 60 – Buogl / Grevas A paid communal laundry is available. A ski room is provided for storing sports equipment. Waxing operations are strictly prohibited within the condominium area.
