IMPORTANT INFORMATION We inform you that, due to municipal road works on Via Lavinas and Vietta Funtanella, from 13 April 2026 until approximately mid-November 2026, car access to the house will not be guaranteed. During this period, it will be possible to use the paid car parks in the municipality of Celerina. Furthermore, access to the apartment may prove difficult, especially for elderly people or families with children, as entry to the condominium may take place via secondary roads. We have already applied a reduction in rates to compensate for the inconvenience. We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. The approximately 60 m² apartment is located on the second floor of a small building without a lift, accessible exclusively via stairs.
