This apartment is located in a great spot - close to everything! It's right by the train station Davos Platz, the Jakobshorn Bahn and parking lot, the Bolgen (yes - ski school for the little ones and après ski for everyone over 21 ;). There is a supermarket around the corner, restaurants, bars, a bus stop, etc. It is fully equipped and you can cook like at home. It's perfect for a couple, a family with children, or a group of friends. There is a very large balcony with a table and chairs - perfect to enjoy the afternoon sun. An outdoor parking spot right infront of the house is very practical and there is a ski room with a locker. Washer/Dryer in the basement for everyone to use...
As I used to work for the hotel industry, I enjoy renting out our apartment as we aren't there as often as I would like to be. Staying in a hotel is always great - but sometimes being able to cook in your own apartment, have a healthy snack or get up whenever you want in the morning and not having to set the alarm clock for the breakfast buffet is great for many people. Many guests come every year and it's always interesting meeting new people!
