The Girasole was one of the first properties on the hill above Madonna del Sasso overlooking the lake from every room. It has a nice terraced garden with a beautiful view, a BBQ and space for everyone - all guest rooms have separate entries, views and bath facilities. BUT it is an older home, with some charisma, very bright rooms with subtle furniture, simple TV's and an unbeatable location but no wifi. We do not use any pesticides in the garden and have only lively birds and critters surrounding us. So don't be surprised to have those little critters coming over your door steps in spring - we have an open door policy and it's part of the charm. We do not offer Buttler service and a reception - all this resembled in a very reasonable price, even largely negotiable for longer stays. A covered garage for reasonable sized cars is provided but not guaranteed. We keep our cleaning costs extremely low and ask you to leave your kitchens clean if you are in a studio - a nespresso machine, microwave and fridge shared offered in the two simple rooms - we will charge for additional cleaning.
