We are a holiday rental company in Arosa with several years of experience and with various partnerships with other companies in the area. Our goal is for our clients to enjoy a unique experience in this special place in the Alps. We are available all year round and have several properties in Arosa.

Property info

Apartment nr.2 is a spacious and comfortable property with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, as well as a kitchen and a living room. The master bedroom has a balcony with mountain views, double bed and wardrobe. Next to the living room there is a small bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. The bathroom has a bathtub and the kitchen is fully equipped. The living room has a dining area and TV.

Neighborhood info

Surrounded by nature, Arosa is a unique destination for families and couples all year round. Furthermore, the property Haus Padrun is located right in the centre of Arosa, so you can easily reach any place by foot or by bus. The property is close to the ski lifts where you can enjoy the fantastic ski slopes, a few meters from the Obersee which is a fantastic area for walking and enjoying the restaurants and cafes, and the Untersee where you can relax during the hot summer days.
