We are a holiday rental company in Arosa with several years of experience and with various partnerships with other companies in the area. Our goal is for our clients to enjoy a unique experience in this special place in the Alps. We are available all year round and have several properties in Arosa.

The apartment nr.5 is a spacious and comfortable property with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as a very spacious kitchen and living room. All bedrooms have a double bed and wardrobes. The bathrooms have a bath and shower as well as a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living room and dining room offer enough space to accommodate up to 8 guests. From the 2 balconies of the apartment you can enjoy the view of the city centre and the Obersee as well as the mountains.

Surrounded by nature, Arosa is a unique destination for families and couples all year round. Furthermore, the property Haus Padrun is located right in the centre of Arosa, so you can easily reach any place by foot or by bus. The property is close to the ski lifts where you can enjoy the fantastic ski slopes, a few meters from the Obersee which is a fantastic area for walking and enjoying the restaurants and cafes, and the Untersee where you can relax during the hot summer days.
