The apartment is situated right in the center of Davos Platz with spectacular views of Davos Valley and Jakobshorn from its fifth-floor balcony. It is integrated with the four stars Hotel Europe, and it has access to all facilities of the hotel: an indoor pool, a fitness area, a children's playroom, a restaurant, and a piano bar. The view from the balcony is really impressive, we love to look at the sunrise. From 19 December until the end of March, we’ll provide you with a local insider who will accompany you up the mountain and show you the best downhill runs, huts, and hidden gems.

I recommend "Thomas Mann Weg", an easy path that starts behind the hotel and ends at Schatzalp Hotel and gives the chance to enjoy the beautiful view of the Valley and the historical hotel with a botanical garden by the end of the hike.

This long-drawn-out town in the Landwasser valley is renowned above all as a conference center, and also as a major winter and summer sports center with an international flavor and a huge range of activities. Davos is a winter sports metropolis for skiing and snowboarding fans from all over the world. At altitudes between 1124 and 2844 m, guests will find 58 ski lifts, 300 km of slopes, 75 km of cross-country ski tracks, two artificial ice-skating rinks and Europe’s largest natural ice rink and the new “Ice Dream” for hockey, skating and Bavarian curling. And no fewer than eight sledding runs to have fun on! The six Davos-Klosters skiing areas have been brought together into one vast winter sports arena. For skiing fanatics, the mecca is Parsenn area which connects up Davos with the neighboring resort of Klosters. The Jakobshorn, on the other hand, is the in place for freestylers with half-pipes and cozy après-ski huts. For a quieter time, take a ride by horse-drawn sledge into the snowy side valleys, or experience the Davos mountains with 111 km of beautifully prepared winter footpaths and snow-shoe trails.
