In the business district, inside a newly built and high standing condominium, this apartment has excellent exposure and enjoys a particular light that warms the environment and makes it even more comfortable. Ideal for your holiday and business stays, it has a large living room with a sofa where you can relax after a day of visiting the city's attractions or congresses and fairs: the Lugano Exhibition Center is just a few minutes away! The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. The two double bedrooms are cozy and with wardrobe closet, and in the master bedroom there is a bathroom with tub for long moments of relaxation!
