We are a holiday rental company in Arosa with several years of experience and with various partnerships with other companies in the area. Our goal is for our clients to enjoy a unique experience in this special place in the Alps. We are available all year round and have several properties in Arosa.

Property info

2-bedroom apartment with living and dining room, with two balconies, separate toilet and bathroom and an underground parking space in the building. Family apartment located in the centre of Arosa with space for up to 6 guests. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two bunk beds. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped and the living room also has a dining area. The toilet and the bathroom are separate and the apartment has 2 balconies, one of them large and with outdoor furniture. There is also a covered parking space in the building. Very quiet and central residential area in Arosa. It is only a few minutes walk from the Obersee and the Untersee.

Neighborhood info

Close to the Obersee and only a few minutes' walk from all central facilities in Arosa. The Weisshorn cable car is only a 10-minute walk away, with direct access to the ski bus and hiking trails. There is a lot going on in the event destination of Arosa in winter and summer! Numerous events on the mountain, in the village or on the lake inspire their audience. As well as the beautiful ski slopes and mountain panoramas that leave nothing to be desired. The traditional Graubünden holiday resort of Arosa lies at the end of the romantic Schanfigg valley at around 1800m. The imposing world of peaks offers an extensive biking and hiking area in summer and versatile winter sports opportunities in winter. Due to its location in an open valley basin, Arosa is very sunny and is largely spared strong winds. Because there is no through traffic, the air is particularly clean. Arosa has therefore been a well-known alpine climatic health resort since 1877. Arosa can be reached by Rhaetian Railway from Chur or by car over 365 serpentines and through several tunnels, passing the smaller holiday resort of Langwies.
