In an elegant building in Piazza Riscossa, a few steps from the Lido and the Exhibition Center of Lugano and a few minutes from the historic center PALACE APARTMENT will be the ideal place for your vacation to visit the city and its surroundings, or for a business stay! This elegant apartment, tastefully furnished and enhanced with fine finishes, welcomes you with a bright living room, which houses two environments: the TV area, with a sofa that becomes a double bed for the night and two ottomans for chatting and movies in the company; the dining area with a table for 4, in front of the spacious corner kitchen, complete with Smeg appliances, a convenient bar counter and everything you need to prepare and serve lunches and dinners at home. From here you have access to the balcony, to enjoy the open air and the mild climate of Ticino. The master bedroom is comfortable and has a large closet to reorganize the wardrobe of all guests. The modern bathroom with bathtub completes the apartment. A set of towels is included in the stay for each person, along with sheets and blankets and a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast. Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared, we think it is proper to use the sofa during non-sleeping hours. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the closet/shelf most adjacent to the sofa. The apartment is only a 5-minute drive from the historic center, where you can reach the renowned stores of Via Nassa, the bars and restaurants of Piazza Riforma and Piazza Dante. Take the boat at the Cassarate landing stage for a trip to Lake Ceresio and its characteristic villages, such as Gandria, which can also be reached on foot by walking along the Sentiero degli Ulivi from Castagnola. By train, from the Lugano station take the bus n.3 direction "Canobbio, Mercato Resega" for 7 stops and get off at the stop "Cassarate, Scuole". In 2 minutes on foot you will reach the apartment.
