The ferry terminal (15 minutes walk) allows visitors access to the famous Brissago Islands. With their sub-tropical botanical gardens and restaurants, they make a great day trip. The Beach of Brissago ,caressed by the waves of the Maggiore Lake and spread over the vast area, provides guests with various facilities, like swimming pools, including the swimming pool for children, slide (75 meters), cocktail bar and a restaurant. The beach is equipped with deck chairs and umbrellas and has a comfortable access for swimming in the lake. For more adventurous guests, there are many activities in the area including hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing and water sports. Boat tours are available on request. Electric mountain bikes are available at the premises.
