The residence Serenata is made of four apartments which are combined in different ways: Serenata 1: studio on the ground floor Serenata 3: studio on the first floor Serenata Room 2: Room for three guests on the ground floor Serenata Room 4: double bedroom on the first floor These apartments can be booked separately or together by choosing a combination: Serenata 5: Serenata 1 + Serenata Room 2 (all ground floor) Serenata 6: Serenata 3 + Serenata Room 4 (all first floor) Serenata 8: Serenata 1 + Serenata 3 + Serenata Room 2 + Serenata Room 4 (for 9 guests) High chair available for an additional charge: EUR 15 per stay. Note: Upon arrival, you'll find a complimentary welcome kit that includes one bath towel and one face towel per person, a shower kit, two rolls of toilet paper, a kitchen kit with dish soap and a sponge, and a 35-liter garbage bag provided by the municipality. As this is a self-catering accommodation, these items are provided in case you forget anything and are kindly provided. Any other products you may need during your stay can be purchased at nearby supermarkets.
