I share this passion with two other family members who have devoted a good part of their lives to hospitality in the restaurant and hotel industry: my mother and now also my daughter who is completing a training in the hotel industry. Surely the most interesting part of this job is trying to identify and anticipate your guests' needs so as to make their stay as satisfying as possible. We can undoubtedly put guests in touch with facilities in the area that organize horseback rides or mountain hikes, giving advice on itineraries and bringing them closer to farms that sell exquisite local products. Guests are welcomed and can make contact by phone. The keys are expected to be handed over at 3:00 p.m., if you wish to anticipate it should be agreed upon and in any case the host needs 30 minutes' notice of arrival.

The apartment located next to a historic bridge is arranged on two floors with a lift accessing the same. Spacious is suitable for families and groups of friends. Arranged on two floors : on the fourth floor a large master bedroom with bathroom and toilets, next to it a small bedroom with a single bed. On the fifth floor kitchen, living room with fireplace, two bedrooms and a loft where you can relax and read undisturbed. On request it is possible to have a camping bed for infants.

The area is very quiet and the building is located near a river and a country walk. There are shops, (COOP), bars and a post office nearby. Serravalle has a climbing wall and from there it is possible to reach by car in 5 minutes the departure point of the cable car for the beautiful Malvaglia Valley, a fantastic place where you can enjoy the view and countless walks. In the nearby village of Biasca (5 min. drive) there are doctors, pharmacies, banks, all kinds of shops, an optician centre and a sports centre (tennis, ice rink, swimming pool). The municipality of Serravalle is made up of several clustered neighbourhoods in the countryside that are easily accessible on foot, by bicycle or by car. It is also possible to reach the municipality by post bus. By car it is possible to easily reach every tourist resort from which beautiful walks depart. The Blenio Valley or “Valley of the Sun”, is a paradise for nature lovers and is just waiting to be discovered. In summer the area offers wonderful outings on foot or by mountain bike, immersing visitors in breathtaking landscapes. During the winter months, meanwhile, they can ski or sledge down pistes that seem to be designed perfectly for the whole family, or venture out along snowy trails laid out on flatter terrain for cross-country skiing or for exploring forests and streams. The area is also steeped in history, which is brought to life in the re-enacted parades of the Napoleonic militias, in the rooms of small and sombre museums, in the ruins of Serravalle Castle or in the workshops of the Cima Norma factory, where the ancient art of chocolate-making has made way for the aromas and flavours of the region. From Malvaglia to the terrace of Dagro: The cablecar, running all year from Malvaglia, will take you in just eight minutes to the sun terrace of Dagro, situated at 1,400 metres above sea level. During summertime, it is also possible to take the paved road to the valley.
