Escape to the tranquillity of Nature! New, romantically modern 1-bedroom hideaway for up to 4 guests. Children under 14 and dogs only with the owner's approval! This comfortable chalet with many amenities is located midst in the Malcantone forest. The terrace offers beautiful treetop views with glimpses of Lake Maggiore. The private driveway is down a slightly bumpy dirt road through the forest. Facilities include a spacious parking. The kitchen has a with large refrigerator/freezer (no dishwasher), a wood stove and outdoor grill, modern bathroom with shower and underfloor heating, basement washing machine and storage room with washbasin (for bikes and dirty hiking boots, etc.), WiFi /WLAN + 4G GSM. Various hiking trails and biker routes are just behind the house. Please arrive after 3 pm and return your keys on the day of departure before 11 am. (Other check-in and check-out times can be arranged). The minimum stay is 3 nights. In July and August 6 nights. 2 nights are possible on request but with an additional fee for cleaning. Be aware that the price here includes 16% commision to this plattform. But you can find me on the internet.
