The large and bright living room is composed as follows: an area with a sofa and TV in which to rest and read a book; a dining area with a round dining table for 4 people, in front of the modern kitchen equipped with everything you need; a space with a second sofa that becomes a double bed for the night. From here there is access to the large terrace, where you can enjoy in the different seasons of the mild Ticino climate, furnished with a table and chairs for outdoor dining, and a relaxation area with a comfortable sofa. The bedroom is double, with a large closet to store all one's wardrobe. Finally, a bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer for private use concludes the apartment.
