The "Tgésa Felici" in Zarcuns was built around 1890 in the knitting mill Still (Walserhaus). Exactly in which year could not be determined to date. We would also like to point out that due to the age and especially the construction of the house, the room height in the apartment is between 1.80 and 2.10 meters. The house is "clairaudient" and a low level of light hearing to the other apartments is possible. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 1 living room with TV, a kitchen with dishwasher, 1 toilet and 1 bathroom with toilet, shower. The garden is also at your disposal for use. The price includes tourist tax and cleaning fee. Minimum stay between 2 and 7 nights (season). Insurance is the tenant's responsibility.
The apartment "Tgésa Felici" is located in the village Zarcuns, within the culture protected area, which is located almost exactly in the middle of the Val Tujetsch. From there, the village of Sedrun and Rueras can be easily reached by foot. Sedrun Train Station, Valtgeva Ski Lift and Cuolm da Vi Ski Lift are around 15-20 minutes' walk away. The indoor pool "Bogn Sedrun" is located in Sedrun about 25-30 minutes walk away. Sedrun offers a variety of leisure activities both in winter (snow sports, etc.) as well as in summer (hiking, mountain biking, etc.).
