It is a quiet residential area where you can enjoy the tranquillity of nature while remaining within easy reach of Lugano and the rest of Ticino. The location is particularly convenient if you want to visit Lugano without staying in the city itself. Lugano city centre is approximately 8 km away, while the Lugano Nord motorway exit is about 5 km from the apartment. Lugano railway station is 7.5 km away and can also be reached by bus, with regular connections making it easy to travel between the apartment and the city. Nature is right outside the door. The surrounding area offers numerous well-marked hiking and walking trails, ranging from easy walks to more demanding routes, as well as bike routes through the Capriasca Valley and neighbouring villages. The nearby Lago di Origlio is a popular destination for walking, jogging and enjoying the surrounding natural area, and can also be reached on foot through the surrounding countryside.
