We are Sabina (german) and Pierre (french) and we run the Crusch Alva since more then 10 years. We speak German,French and also Spanish as we are a 20 years experience in the field of gastronomy in Catalonia, Spain.
As a professional Chef we still offer a small menu card with Tapas in reference to our experience in Spain. Our Menus are inspired by the mediterranean cuisine but without leaving out the famous local dish "Capuns" that we prepare in house
A small quiet village located next to the young river Rhine, Hiking in the montains is a very popular here and offers stunning views of the swiss alps.The ski resort Breil/Brigels is located only 5km from our house and you can take the bus that stops at our train station just aroud the corner. The bus is free during the winter season. The world famous Glacier Express train passses through our valley. In the summer our region is ideal for hiking, cycling,and motorbiking, but also pratical for a short stay or a relaxing recreation from a busy world. With the free Surselva-Card you have the opportunity to have free access to different activities and services in the region such as mountain railways, bathing lakes, muséums and minigolf.
