Enjoy the beauty of the mountains of Arosa with its world-famous ski areas and its numerous hiking and mountain bike routes, golf and climbing opportunities. The Rota Hus - Apartment Zehnder offers you the ideal starting point for this, it is centrally located and only a short 3-minute walk to the train station and Weisshornbahn. The holiday apartment is centrally located in Arosa between Obersee and Untersee in the Rota Hus, Poststrasse 63. The apartment is equipped with 1 double fold-away bed and 2 single beds and is practically furnished. The kitchen is well equipped. A parking space is available at the rear. In 3 minutes you can walk to the bus stops "Weisshornbahn" and "Untersee", the train station and the Weisshornbahn. From there you can get to the ski areas. The ski schools are in the immediate vicinity of the bus stop. Occupancy is always Saturday to Saturday.
